I offer a range of classes suitable for a range of ages and abilities. All of my classes present a safe and effective practise, tailored to the participants. All classes aim to not only improve dance skills/ability and overall fitness but improve personal and social skills such as confidence, self-esteem, discipline, communication and well-being.

Zumba® Fitness
Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class. It combines aerobic, interval and resistance training to ensure cardiovascular benefits and total body toning. Zumba is FUN, EASY & EFFECTIVE. A great chance to meet new people, have fun, work-out without knowing your working out, improve co-ordination and personal well-being. So if you are up for some fun and to work out at the same time- Zumba is for you!

Zumba® Kids & Zumba® Kids JR.


Zumba® Kids is designed for children aged 7-11 & Zumba® Kids JR. is designed for 4-6. Both classes are rockin', high-energy dance parties packed with specially choreograped, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like Hip-Hop, Reggaeton, Cumbia and more. Zumba® Kids & Zumba® Kids JR. inspire kids to express themselves through movement and play while improving their overall health and well-being. Kids love it because it's fun and parents love it because it's active, fun, and for the effects it has on kids- increasing their focus, self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing co-ordination.
Dance Conditioning
Dance conditioning is aimed at dancers (beginner-professional), wanting to improve technique and performance in all dance styles. Going back to the basics to improving body alignment and awareness through imagery, develop whole body strength and endurance, as well as balance, coordination and flexibility and release of unnecessary tension. You will find yourself with an overall sculpted body, higher jumps, precise turns, improved extension and turn-out.
Beginners Tap
Beginners tap is a great way to improve rhythm and musicality. Emphasising the warm-up on loosening the most important areas- the knees and ankles. This class includes learning basic steps including shuffle, ball changes, springs and pickups. This will then be developed to learning more difficult combinations and steps.
​​​Contemporary Technique
Contemporary dance technique works to introduce beginners to the basic principles of contemporary dance, while providing intermediates-professionals with information and experience to develop within the technique. Focusing on notions that work against the bodies common movement patterns, to challenge coordination and the bodies general ability.
Beginners Ballet
Beginners ballet is a great way to improve or learn basic technique. This class is to develop correct posture and alignment, increase muscle tone, strength, control and flexibility. Utilising basic barre work to improve strength, then continuing to centre work to introduce basic arm and foot positions, as well as movements such as plies and tendus. These are then developed and combined to learning basic movement combinations, with an increased emphasis on presentation and focus.
Street Dance
Street Dance is a high energy class to the latest RnB and Hip-hop music. This is a fun class aiming to improve fitness and endurance while learning basic street and hip-hop movements and combinations. Movement combinations also show an influence from Modern and Jazz Dance, making this class widely accessible, with the most variety. No class will be the same.
